FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Pole - Form fitting clothing, a sports top, vest, leggings and bare feet (unless it's a heel class of course) Once you are going up the pole you will need shorts for your leg grip, make sure if these are longer they can be rolled up. The more thigh the better! 🥰

We also ask that you don't moisturise or fake tan the day you come to pole, this will just make you and the pole slippy and will ruin your experience in class and can be potentially dangerous.

Aerial - Form fitting clothing, a sports top, vest, leggings and bare feet. We strongly advise against any loose clothing for aerial.

DO I NEED TO BE FLEXIBILE?

Nope! Pole and aerial is multi-functional and can be whatever you want it to be!

You definitely do not need to be flexible to start.

​

However we do offer stretch classes if increasing your flexibility is something that interests you.

DO I NEED TO HAVE LOTS OF UPPER BODY STRENGTH?

If we had a £1 every time we heard this one! 🤣

 

You absolutely do NOT need to be super strong to start your journey with us!

 

The strength comes with time and practice, our instructors will help you develop the skills you need for your pole/aerial journey!
