POLE DANCE
We have classes from beginner all the way up to advanced.
Our classes will include a beginner pole class where you can learn all of those important fundamentals before going into our mixed pole class, this will be the next step where you develop on inversion techniques and movements higher up the pole. We will have mixed ability, advanced, heels flow, lyrical flow and much more :)

Mixed Classes are aimed at those who are finding the beginner class less of a challenge, speak with your instructor if you are unsure.
​
We will also be hosting a number of specialist workshops with in house instructors aswell as some familiar faces from around the UK too!
AERIAL HOOP
We have hoop classes catering from beginner to advanced levels, we have a mixed level option for everyone and a higher inter/adv hoop, please ensure you are up to date with all fundamentals before booking onto the advanced class, if you are unsure just speak with your instructor!

We also offer children's classes.
FLYING POLE
Ever wanted to try flying pole? We will be teaching monthly flying pole classes, this class is great for those who love pole and want to create a new fun challenge!
​
You will need to be confident on spin pole and with inversions to attend this class.
​
Not suitable for beginners.
FLEXIBILITY
Our stretch classes are mixed level, you do not need to be able to do the splits already to attend. If you are starting out or even if you have been stretching for years this class will be for you.

We will always create a challenge depending on your individual level.
COMPETITION COACHING
Interested in competing? Look no further, with multiple titles, experience in running competitions and judging you are the best hands.

PRIVATE LESSONS
